TO APPLY TATTOO:
1. Remove clear plastic film
2. Place tattoo face down on desired area of skin
3. Apply water using a wet cloth/towel/sponge to backing paper and hold/wait 30 seconds
4. Peel off the backing paper
TO REMOVE: use baby oil or rubbing alcohol. DO NOT attempt to remove using water and soap
INGREDIENTS: Water, Glycerin, Di Propylene Glycol (DPG), Butoxytriglycol (BTG).
MAY CONTAIN: Blue 1 (Cl 42090), Red 28 (Cl 45410), Yellow 5 (Cl 19140).
CAUTION: Do not apply to sensitive skin, in the eye/eye area, lip area, or if allergic to adhesive.
